Yes, once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

Are there any countries/regions you don’t ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide, although some regions are restricted from UK shipping. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, feel free to email us and we’ll gladly check it for you.”

Do you ship via USPS, FedEx, DHL, India Post, etc.?

We use Royal Mail for all UK and international shipping. All orders will have tracking numbers provided.

Is the packaging eco-friendly, gift-wrapped, or branded?

Our products are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. Packaging may vary and may not always be gift-wrapped, but we aim to keep it neat and presentable.

What items are eligible for return?

Items are eligible for return if they are unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact. Return shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.

How many days do I have to return an item after delivery?
